Go to your place of work for the state and federal laws governing wage and hour regulations

I have a 3-cons 2 of done 2 to 3 from rotating ... even though I was on the night shift quite well.
I do not think he should be allowed to send you OSHA to evaluate the conditions of work, if the schedules conduct a security threat (because of fatigue, for example), then I would say they make a mistake.

So many hospitals work 12 hour shifts, four days a week. So it's no overtime.
