Snow Search tennis

I have Yahoo Group and get complaints from Entourage users that Yahoo frame opens but my message is blank? - frame with the message:do not go to be mad

The frame is exposed outside of Yahoo, but the inner part of my message will not appear if they have met before sending it to someone else. Then you can read the message. No idea what could be the problem?
