Is it okay to wear my cross country uniform when running around my neighborhood? - running uniforms

Sorry, I know this is not a health issue at all, but ....

It is really good and ideal for racing. I am 17 years old and in school on the road. Do you think it is normal for me to use it when I walk through the area in the afternoon? What happens if my friends tick (not many of them land) I see: Do you think he looks weird to me to bear, the shorts? Also I'm not really skiing at the picture, but in our schools website.
