When cocoa is loaded with caffiene, and enter the symptoms you describe, I am not entitled to either natural caffiene like apples or coffee or chocolate, if you want to enjoy a warm drink before bedtime, have milo and milk, it takes 20 teaspons share of Milo in a cup of coffee, iced tea is decaffeinated green tea still much less caffiene than buying a box of tea bags or buy a pot and cool, I hope this helps, goodluck! :)

Chocolate contains caffeine in it .... but not much more ....

Barista Espresso can be included in an accident.

You can not overdose of caffeine, very little ....

Hot chocolate is a little caffeine, but a small amount. If you are not allergic to caffeine, which is not what is causing the reaction. It's more like a panic attack or a bad dream.

The first link below shows typical sets of caffeine per 8 ounces of hot chocolate has 14mg, like green tea (15 mg), far less than black tea (40-60mg) or coffee (80-175mg). Decaffeinated coffee also shows the 3-4mg.

The second link is Starbucks nutritional information page. You have a drink at a time to gather the information from caffeine and the comparison page does not exist. Mg For Chocolate "short" 8 ounces Size Hot 15, decaffeinated coffee, 15 mg, 180 mg of coffee. Tea does not change. (15 mg in decaffeinated coffee?)
