Blood test shows increased liver function, ultrasound showed pancreatic and liver cysts, what could this mean? - liver cysts photo

I recently had a blood test shows elevated liver function and, therefore, had an ultrasound that showed the liver and pancreatic cysts. I am for a CT scan next scheduled, and I wonder what that means. I am a man of 21 years.
